Tue, 7 February 2006 In part two of episode eight Mark and Bob look at some more proposals for securing the border and curbing illegal immigration. These proposals include, Bush's Guest Worker program, calls for increasing development aid to Mexico, and changing the fourteenth amendment. They wrap it all up with a quick summary and their own reccomendation for the problem.
