Once again Mark and Bob throw caution to the wind by turning on the microphones and just talking.  The conversation starts with the current North Korean nuclear situation and in a chain of tangents, end up rolling out their plan for the upcoming '06 Congressional elections.  Bob gives a rather interesting theory regarding the causes of the situation in the Middle East that is, like always, a must hear.  Mark would like to apologize for all the sniffs that made it into the show.  He was fighting a head cold and sniffing had become unconcious and no amount of Herculean editting could remove it.
